Qatar Charity office in Pakistan invites qualified contractors for a framework contract covering construction projects across multiple locations in Pakistan. The contract duration is one year and includes the construction of 180 sqm and 120 sqm mosques, digging of deep boreholes, construction of pumping stations, and installation of solar driven pumps, as well as construction of a school. Tender dossiers, BoQs, and drawings can be downloaded by scanning the QR codes provided in the tender notice. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through QR codes/links by the closing date. Eligibility requires contractors to submit two electronic submissions (technical and financial) with a temporary insurance/CDR of 2.0 to 2.5 million PKR depending on the lot. Hard copies of CDR must be submitted to the QC Islamabad office at Plot No 1-C, Class III, Saba Market, Street No 112, Sector G11/3 by 25th September 2026 at 2:00 PM. Hard copies of proposals will not be accepted. The tender closing date is 24th September 2026 at 5:00 PM PST.
