Framework Contract for General Items FY 2026-27 for District Health Office District Tank

The District Health Officer, District Tank invites E-bids under a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-27 for general items required by the District Health Office located in Tank City, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered with the relevant Income/Sales tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The bid security required is 2% of the total quoted bid price in the form of a CDR. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 09th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders are required to upload scanned copies of bids and mandatory documents on EPADS. The original bid security must be delivered by hand or courier to the District Health Officer, District Tank office before the closing deadline. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. The successful bidder must ensure uninterrupted and continuous supply of ordered items under all circumstances, including any temporary non-availability or delay in budget release. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders should register on EPADS to obtain a unique username and password. This framework contract covers a wide range of general items essential for the health office's operations.
