Tender Description
The Medical Superintendent of Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Phalia, District Health Authority Mandibahauddin, invites sealed bids for a Framework Contract for the purchase of various essential medical and general store items in Phalia, Punjab. Items being procured:
- General Store Items
- Laboratory Items/Strips
- X-Ray Films & Developers
- Medical Gas Cylinders (Refilling)
- Printing Material
- Stationary Items
- Linen Washing
- Dental Items
This procurement covers a wide range of supplies necessary for hospital operations including general store consumables, laboratory strips, X-ray processing materials, oxygen cylinder refilling services, printing materials, stationery, linen washing services, and dental supplies. The estimated package cost for the general store items is Rs. 2 million, while each of the other categories is estimated at Rs. 1 million.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of a CDR in the name of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Phalia is mandatory. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014.
