Framework Contract for Procurement of Grocery Items, Vegetables, Bakery Items and Meat for University of Health Sciences Lahore FY 2026-27

The University of Health Sciences Lahore invites bids from sole manufacturers, authorized distributors, and authorized dealers registered with sales tax and income tax for a framework contract for the procurement of grocery items, vegetables, bakery items, and meat for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Lot-A: Grocery Items - Lot-B: Vegetables - Lot-C: Meat - Lot-D: Bakery Items The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure, with separate financial and technical proposals, under PEPS/EPAD'S and PPRA Punjab rules. The estimated total cost is Rs. 21,708,432 with a 2% refundable bid security as earnest money required in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, or bank cheque in favor of the Treasurer University of Health Sciences Lahore. Taxes will be applicable as per government rules. Bidding documents are available on the UHS and PEPS/EPAD'S PPRA Punjab websites. Bids must be submitted quoting on PEPS/EPADS, PPRA Punjab by 03:00 pm on 31-08-2026. The tender opening will be at 03:30 pm in the presence of representatives of participating firms. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject or accept bids and disqualify suppliers if information is found false or incomplete under PPRA Rule 2014 (Amended).
