Framework Contract for Procurement of Grocery Items, Vegetables, Bakery Items and Meat for University of Health Sciences Lahore

The University of Health Sciences Lahore invites bids from sole manufacturers, authorized distributors, and authorized dealers registered with sales tax and income tax for a framework contract for the procurement of grocery items, vegetables, bakery items, and meat for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Lot-A: Grocery Items - Lot-B: Vegetables - Lot-C: Meat - Lot-D: Bakery Items The procurement will follow a single stage two envelope bidding process, with separate financial and technical proposals submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement System (PEPS) under PPRA Punjab Rule 38, 2(a). Bidders must provide 2% refundable bid security as earnest money in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, or bank cheque in favor of the Treasurer University of Health Sciences Lahore. The estimated cost for each lot is as follows: Grocery Items Rs. 14,989,389, Vegetables Rs. 1,944,193, Meat Rs. 3,912,200, and Bakery Items Rs. 862,650, totaling Rs. 21,708,432. Taxes apply as per government rules. Bids must be quoted only on the Punjab E-Procurement System by 3:00 PM on 31-08-2026. The tender opening will be at 3:30 PM on the same day in the presence of representatives of participating firms. The procurement process will be governed by PPRA Punjab rules, and the procuring agency reserves the right to disqualify any supplier or contractor found submitting false or incomplete information.
