Tender Description
The Directorate General Sports & Youth Affairs Punjab invites sealed tenders (e-bids) through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a Framework Contract regarding the hiring of services of a Media Agency / Company / Firm for the establishment and operationalization of the Punjab Youth Podcast & Digital Media Channel during the financial year 2026-27, extendable for further 2 years on a free delivery to consignee basis.

- Podcast Series (Rs. 14,280,000)
- Experts Sessions (Rs. 6,733,333)
- Sports Coverage (Rs. 7,807,000)
- Radio Programming (Rs. 10,640,000)
- Digital Media Channel (Establishment & Operationalization) (Rs. 3,666,667)
The total estimated cost including taxes is Rs. 43,127,000. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 865,400 through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Interested bidders should submit their Technical and Financial Proposals online via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 27th October 2026 (Tuesday) at 11:45 am. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:15 pm by the Procurement Committee.
Eligibility criteria include compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules, submission of bid security, and capability to deliver the specified media services. The contract is for the financial year 2026-27 with an option to extend for two additional years, not exceeding one financial year at a time.
