Framework Contract for Hiring of Production Services by Directorate of Sports Merged Areas

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites technical and financial proposals from qualified local and national firms/service providers having at least 3 years of relevant experience in Production Services under KPPRA Rules 2014 for a one-year framework contract. Proposals must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding in accordance with KPPRA Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Framework contract for production services The scope includes provision of production services as per the Directorate's requirements. Bidders must be registered with KPRA, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration certificates from the Registrar of Firms (Form-H) and SECP registration must be provided where applicable. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 14(2)(b) of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must clearly mention their postal address, valid email address, and active contact numbers. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of PKR 100,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director Sports Merged Areas. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the office of the Director Sports Merged Areas, Peshawar. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014.
