Framework Contract of LP Medicines, Disposables & Surgical Items for FY 2026-27

The THQ Hospital Sohawa, District Jhelum, under the Health & Population Department Punjab, invites electronic bids for a framework contract for the supply of LP Medicines, Disposables, and Surgical items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for eligible bidders including manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors, and firms only from District Jhelum as per LP guidelines vide No SO(EP&C)6-5/2025(Misc) dated 11th June 2026. Items being procured: - LP Medicines - Disposables - Surgical (Day To Day) Items Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-procurement system; manual submissions are not allowed. The bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). The contract will be implemented for the entire financial year 2026-27 and will also cover zakat fund supplies received by the hospital during the year. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bidders must provide a 2% bid security of the estimated price electronically. Physical financial instruments like CDR, PO, or bank guarantees will not be accepted. Interested bidders should ensure they have valid registration letters, certificates of National Tax Number, Income Tax, and General Sales Tax (if applicable). Bids will be opened on 17-09-2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Sohawa.
