Framework Contract for Procurement of LP Medicines and Medical Devices for Financial Year 2026-27

THQ Hospital Kot Addu invites eligible bidders holding a valid Pharmacy (Form-9) License issued by the competent authority and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate in the procurement of LP Medicines and Medical Devices for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding method under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, following applicable procurement rules. Items being procured: - Frame Work Contract, Local Purchase of Medicines/Medical Devices (Day-to-Day) The contract covers the supply of medicines and medical devices required on a day-to-day basis at THQ Hospital Kot Addu. Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated procurement value electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. The bidding document is available immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal and PPRA websites. Eligibility criteria include holding a valid Pharmacy License (Form-9), registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Taxes and Stamp Duty will be deducted as per government rules. The deadline for submission of e-bids is 29th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu. If the submission date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely electronic submission of the bid security through the Punjab e-Procurement System, as only electronically submitted bid securities will be considered valid.
