Framework Contract for Supply of Medical Gas Items for Social Security Hospital Manga Raiwind Road Lahore

Social Security Hospital Manga Raiwind Road Lahore invites bids through E-Procurement Systems from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, authorized distributors registered with E-Procurement Systems PPRA to conclude a framework contract for supply of Medical Gas items for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Medical Gas Items for Social Security Hospital Manga Raiwind Road Lahore The bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Firms must submit 2% bid security through PSID generated by E-Procurement systems. Samples of quoted products must be submitted to the office of the undersigned before the closing date and time. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bids on the E-Procurement System by 23-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with active Sales Tax and Income Tax credentials, not blacklisted by PPRA or SSH Manga Raiwind Road Lahore, and to have established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. This procurement is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up-to-date and E-Procurement System regulations. The tender can be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
