Framework Contract for Purchase of Miscellaneous Items, Repair and Maintenance Works for Crime Control Department Faisalabad Region

The Crime Control Department Faisalabad Region invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from eligible firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for procurement of goods, services, and repair/maintenance works under a Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is specific to Faisalabad and covers a wide range of items and services required by the department. Items being procured: - Purchase of miscellaneous items of Stationery & Computer Stationery - Purchase of miscellaneous items Printing & Publication - Purchase of miscellaneous items of Other Items & Cost of Other Store Items, Bed & Boxes, Tent & Tarpaulin, Dietary/meal Items (Electronic/Electrical, Sanitary, Cleaning etc.) - Purchase of miscellaneous items Plant & Machinery & IT Equipment, computer hardware, software - Purchase of miscellaneous items of Furniture & Fixture - Purchase of spare parts/repair of Government Vehicles/Transport/Parts - Repair of Machinery & Equipment & Furniture Fixture, hardware & equipment miscellaneous items - Repair/maintenance/renovation of Office/Residential/other Buildings The technical scope includes supply and repair/maintenance of various office and residential items, IT equipment, furniture, vehicles spare parts, and building renovation works. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest money in the form of 3% of the estimated cost is required as bid security. The bidding process will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) by adopting the procedure specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 20-08-2026 at 11:00 am accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, pay order, or demand draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bids will be opened on 20-08-2026 at 12:00 pm in the office of the Regional Officer, Crime Control Department Faisalabad Region. Successful bidders shall deposit a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract price in the form of deposit at call/bank guarantee. The entire procurement process will be carried out in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
