Tender Description
District Police Chiniot is inviting e-Bids for the purchase and provision of a wide range of miscellaneous items and services under a framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This opportunity is open to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents and distributors who are registered with relevant tax and registration authorities. The procurement is being conducted through open competitive bidding as per Punjab Procurement Rules.

The technical scope covers supply and delivery of the above items as per the requirements of District Police Chiniot. Quantities and detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Performance guarantee will also be required as per rules. E-Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab procurement portal by 24 August 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the DPO Office Chiniot.
A practical tip: Ensure your bid security and all supporting documents are uploaded well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues on the e-procurement portal. Late submissions will not be entertained.
