Framework Contract for Supply of Petroleum, Diesel, Lubricants and Vehicle Services for Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore invites tenders from firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax (if applicable) and registered on Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). This framework contract covers the procurement, provision, and supply of petroleum, diesel, lubricants, and vehicle services for office vehicles over a period of two years with extendable performance base. Altis, 30 Nos. Yaris, 24 Nos. Cultus, 50 Nos. Hiace, 70 Nos. Hilux, 120 Nos. Shehzore, 12 Nos. Bolan) - Air Filters Guard or equivalent for various vehicle models (16 Nos. Altis, 16 Nos. Yaris, 10 Nos. Cultus, 24 Nos. Hiace, 24 Nos. Hilux, 36 Nos. Shehzore, 10 Nos. The contract covers supply and servicing for 19 office vehicles including Toyota Altis, Toyota GLI Yaris, Suzuki Cultus, Toyota Hiace, Toyota Hilux, Shehzore, and Suzuki Bolan. The expected consumption quantities are approximate and based on government notified rates by OGRA. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with relevant tax authorities and Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% of estimated price (Rs. 2,500,000) and performance guarantee of 5% of contract amount are mandatory. Tender documents are available on the e-Procurement website and PPRA website. The closing date for submission is 29-08-2026 till 1:30 PM, with opening at 2:00 PM in the office of Deputy Secretary (Procurement & Store).
