Tender Description
The Drugs Testing Laboratory Punjab, Bahawalpur, under the Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, invites E-Bids on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) from registered vendors including suppliers, firms, companies, and distributors with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The procurement is for a Framework Contract for Pharmaceutical Reference Standards for the financial year 2026-27.

Bidders must submit their bids digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline. The bidding will follow an open competitive, Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 and its amendments. Bid security of 2% of the quoted lot amount is required separately for each package or lot. The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid opening date.
The procurement process is fully electronic, and bidders are advised to upload and submit their e-bids well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues. The Drugs Testing Laboratory Bahawalpur will not be responsible for any delays or difficulties faced during submission.
