Framework Contract for Institutional Pharmacy and Retail Drug Sale Items at OAN THQ Hospital Mian Channu

The Medical Superintendent of OAN THQ Hospital Mian Channu under the Health and Population Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from reputed firms and agencies with a sound financial background and registered with sales tax and income tax departments for a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The contract covers the supply of drugs, medicines, and surgical disposables for the institutional pharmacy business and retail drug sale license chain of pharmacies. Items being procured: - Frame work tender for procurement of local purchase of medicine day to day 15%, local purchase medicine 10% (bulk, emergency, calamities, SSP, self-help, Shalot program), deserving (Zakat patients of social welfare), retail insurance card for any subsequent program (if granted by department) for the year 2026-27 - Dental items - Radiology items - Laboratory items - General store items - Stationery items - Printing items - Linen items - Operation theatre instruments - Bio medical gases - Service to pick non-infectious waste on daily basis - Provision of IT equipment's & internet services - Dialysis machines maintenance, service & parts - Supply & installation of printers on rental basis (RB) - Supply & installation of hematology analyzer on reagent rental basis (RRB) - Supply & installation of chemistry analyzer on reagent rental basis (RRB) The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). Bidders must register as suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System platform to access bidding documents. The bidding process follows Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) procedures as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). The technical bids will be opened on 31.08.2026 at 12:00 PM in the presence of representatives of the firms. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated price electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee will be accepted except those submitted online. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Any firm submitting fake information or documents will be disqualified and blacklisted.
