Tender Description
The Health & Population Department of the Government of Punjab invites bids for a Framework Contract for the procurement of various items for its Development Wing located in Lahore. This contract covers multiple lots including stationery, printing, computer stationery, IT equipment, other store items, office equipment, entertainment, and hardware items.

The complete bidding documents with detailed specifications, quantities, terms and conditions, and schedule of requirements are available for download from the department's official website and the PPRA website. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via the specified e-procurement portal by 5 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost against each package or lot is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank in favor of the Additional Secretary (D&F), Health & Population Department. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Manual bids or proposals will not be entertained.
