Tender Description
The Office of the Chief Traffic Officer, Gujranwala is inviting sealed bids for a framework contract covering a wide range of procurement items for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is aimed at well-reputed and financially sound firms with prior experience and valid registrations including income tax, sales tax, and Punjab sales tax. The procurement includes diverse categories such as coal, ice blocks, POL/lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing, miscellaneous store items (electronic, electrical, sanitary, cleaning, dietary), road safety and IT equipment, machinery, furniture, transport, plant and physical assets.

The scope covers procurement, repair, and renovation works at the Gujranwala site, including physical assets and store items. The contract requires submission of earnest money as CDR or demand draft, and bidders must submit both hard and soft copies of their financial instruments. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder who meets all technical and financial criteria. Bidders must provide samples before supply and ensure delivery within seven days of order issuance. Performance guarantees equal to 5% of the total cost are mandatory.
