Framework Contract for Purchase and Repair of Various Items by Punjab Police Gujrat District

Punjab Police Gujrat District invites sealed bids from firms and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for a framework contract covering a wide range of items and services for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement includes purchase and repair works for stationery, computer stationery, printing and publications, lubricants, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, feeding charges for horses, and repair of police buildings. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery and Computer Stationery Items - Purchase of Printing Items - Purchase of Feeding Charges - Purchase of Miscellaneous Store Bed & Boxes, Store Sports Items, Tent & Tarpaulins, Barriers, and other items - Purchase of Plant & Machinery Items and IT Equipment - Purchase of Furniture & Fixtures Items - Repair of Machinery & Equipment - Repair of Furniture & Fixtures - Purchase of Lubricants - Repair of Police Vehicles (Transport) - Purchase of Tyres, Tubes, Filters, and Batteries - Repair and Renovation of Police Buildings The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder(s) offering the lowest rates. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (head wise) along with their technical bids in the form of Pay Order or CDR. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance. Bidding documents can be obtained from E-Pads and PPRA websites. Income and sales tax registration certificates must accompany the bids. The tender process follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bids must be submitted through E-Pads by 02-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the District Police Office Gujrat. The bid validity is until 30-06-2027. Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement. Late bids will not be accepted.
