Tender Description

The Police Department of Mandi Bahauddin District invites e-procurement bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) from financially sound and registered firms with prior experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. This framework contract covers procurement for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30-06-2027). Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printed Stationery Items - Repair and Renovation of Police Buildings - Repair of Police Vehicles including Purchase of Tyres, Tubes, Batteries, Spare Parts, Filters - Lubricants Mobil Oil etc. - Purchase of Miscellaneous Store Items including electronic/electrical, sanitary, cleaning, dietary articles, meals, refreshment, flexes, crockery, sports items, fingerprint items, ice & coal, rifle oil, chindi, water filter cartridges, bed & boxes, equipment, tents & tarpaulins, barriers - Repair of Machinery & Equipment and Office Furniture - Purchase of Plant & Machinery Items - Purchase of Furniture & Fixture Items The scope includes supply and repair services for police department assets and consumables at Mandi Bahauddin. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have prior experience. Earnest money is required as per the listed amounts for each lot. Bidding will be conducted through e-procurement (Single Stage One Envelope) via https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/#/auth/login. Financial bids will be opened on 22-08-2026 at 11:30 AM through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System. All rates must include GST/PST and remain valid until 30-06-2027. Successful bidders will deposit 5% of total store cost as performance guarantee in the form of CDR. The District Police Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure timely submission through the official e-procurement portal. Early registration and document review on the PPRA Punjab website will facilitate smooth participation.
