The District Police Officer Narowal invites e-procurement bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) from financially sound and well-reputed firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. This framework contract covers a wide range of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27, ending 30-06-2027. Items being procured: - Repair, denting, and painting of vehicles and motorcycles including spare parts, batteries, tyres, tubes, mobile oil, oil filters, air filters, diesel filters - Office stationery and computer stationery - Printing materials - Plant and machinery, IT equipment, electric and sanitary items, cleaning and other items, entertainment and gifts, road safety items, sports items, hot and cold weather items - Furniture and fixtures, stitching materials, tents and paulis, lunch boxes, barriers (iron/plastic), beds and boxes, other miscellaneous store items, repair of furniture and fixtures, repair of machinery and equipment - Computer hardware, IT support and maintenance services, hardware and software equipment, location trackers for government vehicles and motorcycles - Repair and renovation of police offices, police stations, police posts, DTO office, PKM, driving schools, PTM, license branches, police buildings The scope includes supply, repair, maintenance, and renovation works at various police facilities and vehicles in Narowal. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have prior experience. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per the listed amounts. Bids must be submitted through the e-procurement portal https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/#/auth/login by 24-08-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firms. All rates must include GST/PST and remain valid until 30-06-2027.
