Framework Contract for Stationary, Machinery Repair, Transport Repair, POL Charges

The SP Battalion Commander, Battalion No.5, Police Lines, Lahore invites bids for a framework contract under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) for the financial year 2026-27. The contract will be executed at the Police Lines site in Lahore, requiring suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax authorities, possess NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate relevant experience. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price is mandatory, submitted as a CDR or Banker’s Cheque from a scheduled bank. Performance Guarantee of 3% of total cost is required upon award. The tender follows a single stage-two envelope procedure with e-submission on the E-PADS platform. Bids must be submitted online before 10:00 am on 23rd July 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 am the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
