Tender Description

The SP Battalion Commander, Battalion No.5, Police Lines, Lahore invites bids for a framework contract under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for suppliers and firms with proven financial stability and prior experience, duly registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Items being procured: - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of Stationary Items - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of Others Miscellaneous Item - Frame work of Contract for Repair of Machinery & equipment - Frame work of Contract for Repair of Transport/Purchase of Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts, Air/Oil Filters, repair of work (Engine overhaul, Denting & Painting complete/minor etc.) - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of POL Charges / Lubricant The scope covers procurement and repair services including stationary supplies, miscellaneous items, machinery repair, transport repair including tyres and batteries, and purchase of POL charges and lubricants. The contract will be executed at the Police Lines site in Lahore, requiring suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax authorities, possess NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate relevant experience. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price is mandatory, submitted as a CDR or Banker’s Cheque from a scheduled bank. Performance Guarantee of 3% of total cost is required upon award. The tender follows a single stage-two envelope procedure with e-submission on the E-PADS platform. Bids must be submitted online before 10:00 am on 23rd July 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 am the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late submissions or bids from blacklisted entities will be rejected. For successful participation, bidders should carefully review the bidding documents available on the PPRA Punjab website and ensure all technical and financial requirements are met.
