The Human Rights & Minority Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites eligible bidders to participate in an e-procurement framework contract covering a wide range of items and services. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA and tax authorities, and comply with all relevant registration and tax requirements. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with electronic bids submitted via the E-PADS portal. Bidders must provide a bid security of 2% of the estimated price. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day of closing. The submission deadline is 18th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 120 days from submission.
