Framework Contracts for Medical and IT Supplies at THQ Hospital Depalpur

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Depalpur invites e-procurement bids from reputed companies, firms, authorized distributors, and experienced suppliers registered with NTN and GST (where applicable) for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Bio-Medical Gases (Rs. 8,000,000) - Framework Contract of Pathology Kits & Lab Items (Rs. 2,000,000) - Framework Contract of X-Ray Films & Cassettes (Rs. 1,000,000) - Framework Contract of Printing Material (Rs. 2,000,000) - Framework Contract of Stationery Items (Rs. 2,000,000) - Framework Contract of General Store Items, Bio-Medical & Non-Bio-Medical Equipment (Rs. 2,500,000) - Framework Contract of IT Equipment & Accessories (Rs. 8,000,000) The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement system at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. Bidders must register as suppliers on the portal to participate and access bidding documents. Bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions and can also be downloaded from the PPRA website. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank valid for 180 days. Bids must be submitted by 11th November 2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding will follow the Open Competitive Bidding method using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must quote rates for all items in any lot they participate in; partial bids will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
