Tender Description
The District Headquarter Hospital Khanewal is inviting sealed bids for multiple framework contracts covering a range of medical and office supply items. This procurement is aimed at registered firms, companies, and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The procurement is based in Khanewal, Punjab, and follows the single stage two envelope bidding procedure.
Items being procured:
- Framework L.P medicine & Surgical items 26-27 (Form-9) including Zakat/Social Welfare/Pakistan Bait-UL-Maal
- Framework contract of Biomedical Gases (Lots 02 to 05)
- Framework contract of Dialysis Items & Accessories (Form-9 Must) (Lots 06 to 15)
- Framework contract of Stationary Items (Lots 16 to 18)
- Framework contract of Printing Items (Lots 19 to 21)
The technical scope includes supply of medicines and surgical items under Form-9, biomedical gases, dialysis related items and accessories, as well as stationary and printing materials. The contracts are divided into packages with specified lot sizes and corresponding earnest money in the form of CDR at 2% of the estimated budget. The procurement requires bidders to be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and to submit both technical and financial bids online through the official Punjab e-procurement portal.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with PPRA Punjab, FBR registration, and relevant experience in supplying the specified categories. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives on 20th July 2026 at 10:30 AM.
