Framework Contract for Provision of Human Resource & Operations and Maintenance of 567 Water Filtration Plants in Bahawalpur Division

Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) invites E-Bids from contractors and firms registered with the e-Procurement system of Punjab. The procurement is for a framework contract for the provision of human resource and operations and maintenance services for 567 water filtration plants in Bahawalpur Division for a period of 4 months, extendable for a further 8 months. Items being procured: - Provision of human resource - Operations and maintenance of 567 water filtration plants Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C4 and above with relevant code ME-06, and registered with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN). Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). A bid security amounting to Rs. 3,509,718/- (2% of estimated cost) is required and must be submitted digitally via 1Link or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Director General (O&M), PSPA. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelopes procedure with technical bids qualifying for financial bid opening. Only technically responsive bidders will be considered for financial bids. Bids will remain valid for 120 days. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The estimated cost is Rs. 175,485,920. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline and not wait for the last moment. PSPA is not responsible for any issues related to the e-Procurement portal.
