Framework Work Contract for Purchase and Repair of Various Items and Repair of Buildings

The District Police Officer Pakpattan invites sealed tenders through the Punjab E-Procurement System (PEP) for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers a framework work contract for the purchase, repair, and maintenance of various items and repair of buildings in Pakpattan. The department is seeking qualified suppliers and contractors to participate in this important tender. Items being procured: - Purchase of Office Items, Hot and Cold Sports, Tent & Tarpaulins, Cost of Other Store, Road Safety and Fair & Exhibition, Evidence Store, Bed & Box, Meal Charges, Entertainment & Gift, Computer Hardware & Equipment, Software, IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery, Purchase of Furniture & Fixture, Repair of Furniture, Repair Machinery & Equipment - Purchase of POL Charges (for Lubricant) Filters, Batteries, Tyres and Repair Transport - Purchase of Stationery, Printing Charges, Computer Stationery - Repair of Buildings Offices and Residential Buildings The scope includes supply and repair of a wide range of office and operational items, IT and computer equipment, furniture, machinery, and vehicle maintenance items. Additionally, repair works for office and residential buildings are included. The contract is for the entire financial year from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027 under a framework agreement. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid ATL status, and demonstrate relevant experience. PEC registration may be required for repair works. Earnest Money is set at 4% of the estimated cost, payable via CDR or bank draft in favor of the District Police Officer Pakpattan. Performance security of 3% will be required upon award. All bids must be submitted in a single sealed package with proof of online submission on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The financial proposal must be sealed and will be opened publicly at the DPO Office Pakpattan on 28th July 2026 at 12:30 PM. The submission deadline is 28th July 2026 before 11:00 AM. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your samples are ready and presented at the time of tender opening as offers without samples will be ignored. Also, carefully follow the marking instructions for the financial proposal envelope to avoid disqualification.
