Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and registered for both Income Tax and GST. Firms must not be blacklisted by any government department. Earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost is required as Pay Order, Bank Draft, or CDR in favor of Director General, National Institute of Public Administration, Lahore. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing both technical and financial proposals, clearly marked with the name of the submitting firm. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 2% of the total purchase order amount. The deadline for submission is **2024-07-13 23:59:59**.
