Construction of Fruit and Vegetable Market at Gwadar

The Communications and Works Public Health Engineering Department District Gwadar is inviting e-bids for the construction of a new fruit and vegetable market at Gwadar under the project titled Fruit and Vegetable Markets, Grain Markets, Bus Terminals, and Livestock Markets in Balochistan (SP), PSDP-3728/22025.1462. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, and all interested bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) e-procurement system. Items being procured: - Construction of Fruit and Vegetable Market at Gwadar (TSE-2627091194523), estimated cost: 165,785,964 PKR The technical scope includes all civil works required for the establishment of the market, based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The project duration is 36 months. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity, with a minimum turnover of 116,050,174 PKR for each of the last three years, and provide evidence of similar assignments. Eligibility requires active tax registration with FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority, and not being blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid amount and a Tender Fee of 2,000 PKR are required.
