Fuel Filter Assembly for FDU with 11 Items

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Fuel Filter Assembly for FDU with 11 items as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM (in case of distributor/agent) should be documented. A judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
