Furniture and Fixture Items Procurement 2026-2027

Islamabad Model College for Girls, F-6/2, Federal Directorate of Education, invites eligible suppliers to submit bids for the procurement and delivery of furniture and fixture items for the 2026-2027 financial year. Mandatory item list: Sr. 1, bench without desk, 24 each; Sr. 2, computer chair without arms, 50 each; Sr. 3, computer chair with arms, 50 each; Sr. 4, student plastic bench chair, 04-seater, 8 each; Sr. 5, folding student table with laminated top and steel base, 50 each; Sr. 6, steel folding chair with metal frame, soft cushion and fabric seat and back, 50 each; Sr. 7, examination student chair with Sheesham wood, arm and iron base, 50 each; Sr. 8, student chair with iron frame and wooden seat, 50 each; Sr. 9, KY809B folding wheelchair, 2 each; Sr. 10, Master CRES ECO HBC executive chair, 5 each; Sr. 11, pure wooden frame and cane office chair, 12 each; Sr. 12, wooden office chair with cloth covering, 12 each; Sr. 13, wooden office chair with leather covering, 12 each; Sr. 14, steel three-seater visitor sofa, Saab S-262, 5 each; Sr. 15, four-by-two-point-five-foot wooden office table, 5 each; Sr. 16, six-by-three-point-five-foot wooden office table, 5 each; Sr. 17, wooden rostrum, 5 each; Sr. 18, acrylic rostrum, 5 each; Sr. 19, seven-seater wooden sofa set, 2 each; Sr. 20, five-seater wooden sofa set, 2 each; Sr. 21, wooden stool, 12 each; Sr. 22, 22-gauge steel almirah with four shelves, 8 each; and Sr. 23, 20-gauge steel almirah with four shelves, 8 each. Items must conform to approved samples and specifications. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and AGPR for vendor registration, and must appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Submit firm profile, financial statement, experience details, CNIC, NTN and GST certificates, non-blacklisting affidavit, and samples when requested. Bid security of **Rs. 75,000** by pay order in favour of Principal IMCG, F-6/2, Islamabad, is required. Upload the bid on EPADS by **21 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**; opening is at **10:30 AM** the same day. Manual bids are not accepted, but the original security must reach the college before closing.
