Tender Description
Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage Sukkur invites electronic bids for the supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of furniture and IT equipment for the CAIT Building. The procurement includes executive tables, chairs, partitions, classroom furniture, library furniture, seminar seating, lab tables, computer desks, augmented reality and robotic AI furniture, and other related items. The project is funded by PSDP and requires delivery within 30 days after contract signing.
Bidders must be registered with SRB and FBR, submit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000, and provide a 2% bid security. Bids are to be submitted electronically via EPADS by December 16, 2025, 2:30 PM. The tender emphasizes quality compliance with BIFMA standards, warranty provisions, and detailed technical specifications. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
