Furniture, Lab Equipment, Computer Accessories and Plant & Machinery for Colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Higher Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for the procurement of Furniture, Lab Equipment, Computer & Allied Accessories, and Plant & Machinery. This procurement is part of the ADP project titled 'Provision of Missing Equipment/Furniture including Books, IT and Laboratory Equipment etc for Existing and newly Constructed Colleges (General + Commerce) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Areas (Revenue Component)'. Items being procured: - Furniture & Fixture - Laboratory Equipment - Computer & Allied Accessories - Plant & Machinery The scope covers supply of these items to various colleges across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged areas. Bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with income and sales tax authorities and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents and detailed item descriptions with quantities can be downloaded from the Higher Education Department's E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ and the KPPRA official website www.gov.kppra.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS before 28th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the Committee room of the Higher Education Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar. Bid security of 2% of the total quoted bid value is mandatory in the form of Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the undersigned. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on FOR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid until 30th June 2027. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
