Furniture, Lab Equipment, Computer & Allied Accessories and Plant & Machinery for Colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Higher Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, or their authorized dealers registered with income and sales tax authorities and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. The procurement is for Furniture & Fixture, Lab Equipment, Computer & Allied accessories, and Plant & Machinery under the ADP project titled Provision of Missing Equipment/Furniture including Books, IT and Laboratory Equipment for Existing and newly Constructed Colleges (General + Commerce) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Areas (Revenue Component). Items being procured: - Furniture & Fixture - Lab Equipment - Computer & Allied accessories - Plant & Machinery The scope covers supply of missing equipment and furniture including books, IT and laboratory equipment for colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and merged areas. Bidding will follow the Single Stage-two Envelopes procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have valid credentials. Bidding documents, detailed descriptions, and quantities can be downloaded from the official E-PADS website https://eprocure.gov.pk/ and KPPRA website www.gov.kppra.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS before the deadline of 28/08/2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM in the Committee room of Higher Education Department Civil Secretariat Peshawar. Late bids will not be entertained. Bid security of 2% of the total quoted bid value is mandatory in the form of Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt in the name of the undersigned. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on FOR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes valid until 30th June 2027. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
