Development of General Aviation, Line Maintenance & MRO Facility with Taxiways and Aprons at IIAP Islamabad

This tender invites reputed constructors and joint ventures to participate in the development of a General Aviation, Line Maintenance & MRO Facility including Taxiways and Aprons at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP). The project is based in Islamabad under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) and falls under the Construction & Civil Works Materials category. The scope involves complex construction works requiring expertise in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering disciplines. The site at IIAP demands high-quality materials and adherence to aviation standards for taxiways and apron pavements. Joint ventures with foreign firms registered in FC-A category are allowed but must collectively meet these specialization requirements. Firms should ensure their FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status is current and comply with PEC registration for the 2025-26 financial year to qualify. The submission deadline is set for 03 February 2026 at 15:00 hours, with bid opening at 15:30 hours on the same day. Bidders must submit both electronic applications via EPADS and sealed hard copies to the Director Planning & Development, Pakistan Airports Authority, Terminal-1, JIAP Karachi.
