Generator Connection at CEMTECH Building from NSTP/SINES Building for Emergency Load NUST Sector H-12 Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad is procuring works for the Generator Connection at the CEMTECH Building from NSTP/SINES Building for emergency load at Sector H-12, Islamabad. This project involves supply and fixing of 95mm2 PVC/PVC copper power cable, excavation and backfilling of hard soil trenches, concrete cutting, demolition of PCC, supply and fixing of PVC pipes for cable protection, and cable termination in ATS panel. The scope covers approximately 190 meters of underground cable laying and associated civil works at the NUST campus. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories, possess valid FBR NTN and ATL registration, and submit a Rs 3,000 tender fee along with 2% bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Director Works NUST. An affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and non-litigation on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100 is also required. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 02:00 PM.
