National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites bids (Technical and Financial) through EPADS v2.0 from drilling contractors and companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on the active taxpayers list of Federal Board of Revenue and Provincial Revenue Authority having valid PEC registration in relevant category for carrying out geotechnical investigations for the establishment of Federal Constabulary (FC) Headquarters at Sector H-11, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Geotechnical investigations - Multiple civil construction works Bidding documents including Bid Invitation Letter, BOQ, and Qualification Criteria containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk), NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk), and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) websites. Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to PKR 85,000/- in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of M/s NESPAK at the address of the undersigned. Bids inclusive of all taxes must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before October 02, 2026 up to 1400 hours. Technical bids will be electronically opened the same day at 1430 hours. Financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids at a time, date, and venue announced and communicated to technically responsive bidders in advance.
