G.I Corrugated Sheet 20 SWG Supply for SNGPL Uch Sharif Project

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of G.I Corrugated Sheet 20 SWG under tender reference P133528 for delivery at the Uch Sharif Project, District Bahawalpur. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - G.I Corrugated Sheet 20 SWG, galvanized iron corrugated steel sheet, 20-gauge thickness (0.91mm or above), 3.5 feet width after corrugation, 15.5 feet length after corrugation, 18-wave profile with 18 mm rib height, smooth matt high gloss finish with zinc coating (galvanization) providing rust protection. The sheets must be new, not reconditioned or refurbished, and must meet ISO 9001 certification standards of the OEM. Zinc coating should be between 70-120 g/m2. Technical specifications and detailed requirements are attached in Appendix-C of the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship, FBR registration with NTN and GSTN, active taxpayer status, submission of original bid bond, and no blacklisting or cross debarment. Bidders must provide documentary evidence of manufacturing experience or proof of prior supply to SNGPL within the last five years. The total quantity required is 7207.2 square meters with free delivery at the Uch Sharif Project site. Delivery is required within 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of purchase order. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 02:30 PM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore before the closing time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM via EPADS.
