The procurement falls under Stationery & Printing category and is based in Islamabad, issued by the International Islamic University Islamabad.
The scope includes manufacturing 400 brass medals with a minimum 18K gold plating, each weighing between 25 to 30 grams and measuring 50 mm in diameter. The medals are to be embossed with the IIUI logo on the front and engraved with 'For Excellence in Academics' and the year 2026 on the reverse. The ribbons must reflect university colors and include metal clutch attachments. Each medal will be individually boxed in velvet-lined green packaging. The delivery location is IIUI H-10 campus, Islamabad, with a 30-day delivery period from the purchase order date.
Bidders must comply with PEC category requirements and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Valid NTN and GST registration are mandatory. The tender requires submission of a physical sample matching the approved design, along with proof of manufacturing experience and authorization. Financial year 2025-26 compliance includes submission of audited financial statements and a 10% performance security bank guarantee valid until 30 days post-acceptance.
The submission deadline is set for Tuesday, 17th March 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day at the Office of Deputy Director (P&S), Admin Block, IIUI, H-10, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your sample medal strictly matches the approved design and submit it physically with your bid, as failure to provide a sample will disqualify your offer from technical evaluation. Also, double-check the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) details for bid security to avoid common errors.
