Procurement of Goods and Services for Operation, Maintenance and Management of New Well No. 7, Tando Jam

The Office of the Executive Engineer, New Well Division Tando Jam, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors and firms for the procurement of goods and services related to the operation, maintenance, and management (O&M&M) of New Well No. 7 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under SPPRA Rules 2010 and through the Sindh e-Procurement Portal (e-PADS). Items being procured: - Operation, Maintenance and Management (O&M&M) of New Well No. 7, Tando Jam (1 job) - Supply of diesel/petrol for well operation (approx. 3000 liters/month) - Supply of lubricants and minor repair parts as required The technical scope includes round-the-clock operation of the well, regular preventive and corrective maintenance, supply and replacement of lubricants, and provision of all necessary consumables for uninterrupted water supply. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the well remains functional and meets all operational standards throughout the contract period. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in Category C-6 or above for relevant works, be on the active FBR/ATL list, and have experience in similar O&M&M contracts. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid amount in the form of Pay Order or CDR is required. Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals separately as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The estimated cost for this contract is **PKR 800,000** for the year. Bids must be submitted online via the Sindh e-Procurement Portal (e-PADS) by **16-09-2026**.
