Appointment of Govt Auctioneer for Auction of MES Unserviceable and Surplus Store/Items

Military Engineer Services (MES) is inviting applications for pre-qualification of Government Auctioneers for the auction of MES unserviceable and surplus store/items in Islamabad, under the light of PPRA Rules. The department is seeking experienced and approved Government Auctioneers to manage the auction process for a period of one year. Items being procured: - Appointment of Govt Auctioneer for the auction of MES unserviceable and surplus store/items (For One Year) The technical scope involves the appointment of a qualified auctioneer who will be responsible for conducting auctions of various unserviceable and surplus items belonging to MES. Only firms or individuals who are already enlisted as approved Government Auctioneers may apply. Those not on the approved list must provide a certificate with their application, detailing auctions executed in the last two years and those currently in hand. Applicants not on the approved list must also submit proof of being on the appropriate list of the concerned department, a statement of financial standing with a bank certificate, staff details, tools and plants information, and previous experience, all duly attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer.
