Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain and Transfer of Peoples Green Transport Project in Karachi and Hyderabad

The submission deadline is 12:00 hours PST on February 12, 2026, with technical proposals opened the same day at 13:00 hours PST at the Planning & Development Board, Sindh Secretariat, Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), with original bid security submitted physically. The bid security amount is PKR 425 million, payable via pay order, demand draft, deposit at call or bank guarantee. The concession period is 12 years, including 1 year development and 11 years operation.
