Tender Description
Mercy Corps, a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization, is seeking eligible insurance companies for the Group Health Insurance policy for Mercy Corps staff for the year 2026-27 in Islamabad.
Items being procured:
- Group Health Insurance policy for Mercy Corps staff for the year 2026-27
Interested insurance companies must complete an Intent to Bid (ITB) form available via the link https://tinyurl.com/PAK/ISD2583 or by visiting Mercy Corps office at Plot#190, Street 6, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad. Completed ITB forms must be submitted by 21 September 2026, 11:45 pm.
Submission can be made by emailing the completed ITB form to islamabaditb@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line or by returning the completed form in person and placing it in the Tender Box at Mercy Corps office at the above address. The Tender Reference number must be written on the envelope.
After the closing date, Mercy Corps will send the Request for Bid/Proposal to the insurance companies that submitted the Intent to Bid form, according to the preferences indicated.
Bidders should ensure timely submission and proper labeling of their Intent to Bid forms to avoid disqualification. This opportunity is ideal for insurance companies with experience in group health insurance and valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements will be detailed in the subsequent Request for Proposal.
For best results, bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and keep a copy of all submitted documents for reference.
