Procurement of Half Mounting Clothing for Govt and Security Stores, Charpoy and Tape Niwar for Financial Year 2026-27

Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) invites sealed bids from original manufacturers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue Pakistan for supply of Half Mounting (Clothing) for Government and Security Stores, Charpoy and Tape Niwar for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is based in Quetta, Balochistan, under the jurisdiction of Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North). Bids must be accompanied by Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order as Earnest Money: 3% of total bid value for original manufacturers and registered contractors, 5% for unregistered firms. Technical and financial bids will be submitted in separate envelopes. Only technically qualified bids will be opened financially. The Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders may inspect samples at the Frontier Corps Balochistan North Store Depot during working days except Sunday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM until one day before tender opening. Eligibility requires firms to be original manufacturers or registered contractors with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. Experience in supplying similar items to security or government departments is advantageous. Earnest Money must be submitted as per instructions to avoid rejection.
