Tender Description
Power Information Technology Company (PITC), operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, is seeking experienced headhunting firms for hiring on its C-Level positions. This procurement is specifically for firms capable of providing executive search services to identify and recruit top management candidates for PITC based in Lahore.
The scope includes identifying potential candidates through various channels, conducting thorough evaluations and assessments, and presenting qualified longlists and shortlists to PITC's Board of Directors and management. Firms must ensure compliance with the SOE (C-Level Appointments) Guidelines 2024. The engagement will be on a framework agreement basis with shortlisted firms invited to submit proposals on a case-to-case basis.
Eligible firms should have a minimum of 5 years of headhunting experience, with at least 2 years in the IT, power, or energy sectors. Experience in C-level hiring within the power sector, both in Pakistan and internationally, is essential. Firms must be registered with FBR and ATL, not blacklisted or bankrupt, and must submit audited financial statements for the last 5 years demonstrating financial health.
