Tender Description
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) Lahore invites experienced and reputable Health Insurance Firms or Companies with AA+ rating from PACRA/JCR VIS, registered with SECP, FBR, and relevant authorities to participate in the bidding process for hiring health insurance services for CBD employees under a closed framework agreement.

This procurement is managed by the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA located at CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore. The scope involves providing comprehensive health insurance coverage to the employees of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. Bidders must submit a refundable fee of PKR 5,000 for bidding documents and provide a bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of a bank guarantee, pay order, or demand draft issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan.
Eligibility criteria include having an AA+ rating from PACRA/JCR VIS, registration with SECP and FBR, and meeting the specified experience and technical requirements. The bid security must remain valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period, which is 120 days. The bidding process follows the Request for Proposals without Negotiations / Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024.
