Supply of Heavy Duty Scanners for Judicial Record Digitization

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge-I (Admin) East & West Islamabad is procuring 10 heavy duty scanners for the digitization of judicial records in Islamabad. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the efficiency of record management through advanced scanning technology. The scanners required are Canon image FORMULA DR-G2140 or equivalent, capable of high-speed duplex scanning with a daily duty cycle of 80,000 scans or more. The technical specifications include ADF with legal size flatbed, scan speeds of 145-150 ppm simplex and 280-300 ipm duplex at 300-600 dpi, CIS scanning element, USB 3.1 and network connectivity, and support for long documents up to 6000 mm. The scanners must include features such as staple detection, text enhancement, auto page size detection, border removal, and punch hole removal. A minimum warranty of three years is required along with complete accessories, drivers, and installation support. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and have experience supplying IT equipment/scanners. Submission requires a bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of Call Deposit or Demand Draft in favor of the Senior Civil Judge (East), Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS along with one physical hard copy containing all required documents including NTN, sales tax registration, ATL proof, company profile, affidavit of non-blacklisting, technical brochures, and original bid security. The bid opening is scheduled for 03 June 2026 at 11:30 a.m. The successful bidder will complete supply, installation, and commissioning within seven days of the work order. Payment will be made after successful delivery and inspection.
