High-Tech IT Training Program under Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program Batch-III

Items being procured: - Advance Python Programming & Applications - Advance Web Application Development - Artificial Intelligence (Robotics) - Big Data Analytics Techniques - Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Communication) - Block Chain Programming - Cloud Computing - AWS - Cloud Computing - Microsoft - Cyber Security (CEH, CHFI) - Data Mining / Business Intelligence - Digital Forensic & Cyber Security - Docker Certified Associate - Google UX Design - Javascript Fullstack (e.g. MEAN/MERN) - Microsoft .Net - Internet of Things (IOT) system development and Application - Network Administrator (CISCO, HUAWEI, IBM) - Oracle Database SQL or PL/SQL - Unity Certified Game Development - Advance Artificial Intelligence Literacy (Applied AI + AI Governance, AI Economy, Human 2.0) - Applied Artificial Intelligence Literacy (Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, AI models & Agents) The technical scope includes delivering advanced IT training modules with international certification standards. Institutes must have CCTV cameras with IP links installed as mandatory infrastructure. The program targets institutes capable of providing high-quality IT education and training in the specified trades. Eligibility criteria specify no joint ventures allowed. Preference is given to IT institutes and software houses. Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained. Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in previous international certification batches will be excluded. The last date for submission of applications has been extended to **13th July 2026**.
