High-Tech IT Training Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program Batch-III

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Islamabad is launching a free High-Tech IT training program under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program Batch-III. This initiative aims to provide international certifications through partnerships with top software houses and certification agencies. The program targets IT institutes and software houses across Pakistan to participate as training partners. Items being procured: - Advance Python Programming & Applications - Advance Web Application Development - Artificial Intelligence (Robotics) - Big Data Analytics Techniques - Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Communication) - Block Chain Programming - Cloud Computing - AWS - Cloud Computing - Microsoft - Cyber Security (CEH, CHFI) - Data Mining / Business Intelligence - Digital Forensic & Cyber Security - Docker Certified Associate - Google UX Design - Javascript Fullstack (e.g. MEAN/MERN) - Microsoft .Net - Internet of Things (IOT) system development and Application - Network Administrator (Cisco, Huawei, IBM) - Oracle Database SQL or PL/SQL - Unity Certified Game Development - Advance Artificial Intelligence Literacy (Applied AI + AI Governance, AI Economy, Human 2.0) - Applied Artificial Intelligence Literacy (Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, AI models & Agents) The technical scope includes delivering advanced IT training courses with international certifications. Institutes must have CCTV cameras with IP links installed as a mandatory requirement. Only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained, and no joint ventures are allowed. Preference is given to IT institutes and software houses with proven experience in international certifications, especially those who performed satisfactorily in Batch II. Eligible training partners must be principal or vendor partners (academies/institutes) with valid registrations. The program is based in Islamabad, and the training will be conducted nationwide through selected partners. The last date to apply has been extended to 19th July 2026. Applications must be submitted online at www.nsis.navttc.gov.pk. For inquiries, the helpline 0800-88866 is available. The submission deadline is strict, and all required documents including Earnest Money and CDR must be prepared in advance. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your institute is NAVTTC registered and has installed CCTV cameras with IP links before applying. This compliance is mandatory and can disqualify your application if missing. Also, highlight your previous experience with international IT certifications to strengthen your technical bid.
