Highway Safety Work on Kohala Muzaffarabad Road S-2

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Muzaffarabad Region is procuring highway safety work on the Kohala Muzaffarabad Road (S-2). This tender invites eligible contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, possessing valid PEC registration in Category C-5 or above, with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10. The project covers highway safety improvements over a chainage of 30 to 35 kilometers on route S-2. Items being procured: - Highway Safety Work on S-2 from chainage 30 to 35 km The scope involves civil construction and safety enhancement works along the specified highway section. Contractors must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as per NHA guidelines. The site is located in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, requiring familiarity with local conditions and regulations. Eligible bidders should have PEC registration Category C-5 or higher with relevant specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10. Registration with FBR and inclusion in the ATL is mandatory. Experience in highway safety or related civil works is essential to meet technical bid requirements. The bidding documents are available for free download starting from 10th July 2026. Completed e-Bids must be submitted on or before 21st July 2026 by 1200 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hours. Submission is electronic via the NHA e-bidding portal.
