Hired Transport Contract for Mobile Double Cabin with Repair Facilities and Fuel

The Pakistan Navy Naval Maintenance Group at 3rd FP BN Compound Gwadar Port Gwadar is inviting quotations for a hired transport contract specifically for Mobile Double Cabin vehicles with repair facilities and fuel, without driver. This procurement is aimed at contractors and transporters with extensive experience in providing transport facilities and registered under GST. Priority will be given to those contractors who have defense experience certificates and are ready to work with defense organizations. Items being procured: - Mobile Double Cabin with repair facilities with fuel without driver The scope of this contract includes providing mobile double cabin vehicles equipped with repair facilities and fuel supply, ensuring continuous and reliable transport services at the Gwadar Port area. The contractor must comply with professional tax requirements for hiring civil transport as per PPRA Rules 2004. The site of work is the Naval Maintenance Group at Gwadar Port, Balochistan. Eligibility criteria include having a valid GST registration, experience in transport services, and preferably a defense experience certificate. Contractors must attach 2% bid money in the form of pay order or bank draft with their proposals. The tender documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 3000 during working hours (0900 to 1300) within 15 days of publication. Quotations must be submitted by 31 July 2026 at 1000 Hrs at the Naval Maintenance Group at 3rd FP BN Compound Gwadar Port Gwadar, Balochistan. The opening of quotations will take place on the same day at 1200 Hrs in the presence of all representatives. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from respective Naval Authorities. All government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
